Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, Jaime’s family came to Lancaster when he was just a toddler looking for a better life, where they found a home in Lancaster City’s southeast neighborhood. A graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School and the first in his family to earn a college degree, Jaime’s academic journey culminated in a B.S. in Business Administration from Millersville University. His ascent into the professional world began at Fulton Financial Corporation, where he honed his skills and dedication to assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. With an unyielding thirst for knowledge, Jaime pursued an M.B.A. from Drexel University, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. His tenure at ASSETS elevated the organization to one of Pennsylvania’s premier micro-lenders, while concurrently fostering ethical business practices in Lancaster City.

His stewardship in allocating $15 million of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for affordable housing and community facilities underscored his unwavering commitment to uplifting the community.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jaime finds solace and inspiration in his family. Married to Linette, a compassionate Registered Nurse at the Ann B.
