On Saturday, November 30 over 100 people gathered in Penn Square, despite the bitter cold, to hear Jaime Arroyo announce his candidacy for mayor of Lancaster City. In addition to Arroyo, speakers included State Rep. Izzy Smith-Wade-El, Peter Barber (Two Dudes Painting Co.) and City Council President Amanda Bakay.
