Mayor Arroyo announces town hall series at Hourglass First Friday Forum

Mayor Jaime Arroyo to Host First Town Halls

Today, Mayor Jaime Arroyo announced the first four events of his town hall series. The events, taking place in all four quadrants of Lancaster City, will make sure Mayor Arroyo visits each neighborhood to get feedback on his strategic priorities within his first 100 days as mayor. The first hour of each event will feature tables for residents to learn more about the City of Lancaster resources available to them. Following the resource fair, Mayor Arroyo will present his strategic priorities to the community and ask how residents can see them being implemented in their neighborhoods.

“I’m glad to be getting back out into our neighborhoods to hear directly from our residents about how they see the City working to build An Economy That Works, Government That Delivers, and A City Built for Everyone” said Mayor Jaime Arroyo.

During his campaign, Mayor Arroyo committed to hosting quarterly town halls throughout Lancaster City to bring City resources to residents, share updates on projects in their neighborhood, and get feedback.

The first four events will be:

Following the initial series of town halls, Mayor Arroyo will host one town hall per quarter, rotating through the various Lancaster City neighborhoods.
